Here is a hot spot i found while searching for days for Sea Eel to turn in for "Fish for Villagers". The odd thing was that it is connected to Oliva Coast Node... not a island...
Another Hot Spot I ran into is this one between Ajir Island and Illya Island. It is a great spot for Sea Eel, Moray, Tilefish, Pintado, Flying Fish, Mackerel Pike, Swordfish and others. The fish you catch here are oddly connected to Racid Island (which has a the node NPC is also has Trade).
